Hello,

You are having whoosling sounds in the ears associated with dizziness. You are suggested to get clinically examined by an ENT as this symptom is indicative of tinnitus associated with vertigo. You should get audiometry test done. Get examined if there is a partial or complete perforation of your ear drum. You will be treated accordingly.

Take Vertin - 8, one stat when dizziness to feel better. Do not drive or do any heavy work. Stay at rest. For headache take Combiflam or Acetaminophen, one SOS when needed. Stay well hydrated and take home made nutritious food in time. You can have X-ray and MRI done for the neck area to rule out cervical spondylosis, degenerative changes, etc. You will be treated accordingly. Avoid addictions if any.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
