I have been getting dizzy spells coupled with a heavy feeling in my head and nausea. i get a lot of headaches that causes some neck stiffness. at these times i feel confused and disorientated and my eye sight becomes blurry. i also have numbness in my right arm which is not always associated with the previous complaints.

Hello

Thank you for trusting HCM

Dear anemia itself causes dizziness and blurred vision. You didn't mention how much is your Hb. There is a possibility of cervical spondylodis with postural hypotension. Use iron tablets, drink plenty of water, eat green leafy vegetables, tab. Vertin 16mg thrice a day. Still symptoms persisten you need to consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions please feel free to ask.

Take care
