Hi,

Noted your history about weight loss, palpitations like hearing and feeling heart pulsation, dizziness and light headedness.
All your symptoms may be due to one or a combination of the following factors:
Thyrotoxicosis in which case the hormones are produced more by the thyroid gland and cause all the symptoms that you have mentioned.
This in turn can be caused by Graves disease or thyroiditis.
Anemia and other such conditions.
Some heart condition.
Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult your Primary Physician so that you can have proper clinical evaluation and investigations as follows:
Thyroid function tests along with kidney functions and routine CBC and other blood tests,
Cardiac evaluation.
Any other investigations as would advised.
The final treatment will be as per the cause found.
Till then no stress and no anxiety.
Do not do any activity that exerts you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, ENT and General Surgeon
