Suggest Treatment For Dizziness With Low BP

Dear Doctor today I cheked my Bp it was 90/60 for the last 5 days I was feeling dizzy and not able to concentrate in anything two day back I had an severe backpain for which I took Butaproximan and paracetmol with aceloflam and clorozome. There is an heart burning sensation in my fool cannel today I am feeling very sicky and my head is rolling like anything pls help me out
