Suggest Treatment For Dizziness With Cardio Myopathy

I have cardio myopathy, second pacemaker in now, third, left ventricle lead now inplace, Lt ventricle active for the first time in ten years. this is since June 2011. Recently i close my eyes, and turn in bed. An unusually disturbing dizzy sensation occurs. Take a few seconds to resolve. Very disturbing..and oh yes..prone to postural hypotension. Pace maker clinic delighted with my progress, state bp prefect not too low, just excellent 110/70. Concerned about pushing this issue as to Cry Wolf and interrupt my prefect record for medical travel insurance or an Imappropriate change in my care. Not alcohol induced. Yes on Betablockers. Digoxin, diuretics of course..Thanks
