Suggest Treatment For Dizziness, Breathlessness And Extreme Fatigue

My husband has awoke the past two mornings with bad headaches then today he started experiencing shortness of breath, extreme fatigue, weakness, lightheaded and dizziness and sweating/clamy sensations. He has Vasular arterial disease and has a couple of aneurysms in his abdomen one about 4.4 cm and another around 2.6cm. I am afraid he may be having a heart attack??

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have dizziness, breathlessness and extreme fatigue. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like viral , asthma , ear infection , angina and sinusitis. I would suggest to consult cardiologist for proper checkup without any delay , because such symptoms can not be ignored . Doctor may order certain test like complete blood profile test , TMT , ECG and other heart related test like angiography . Doctor may prescribe beta blockers along with aspirin and diazepam . Doctor may also refer your to ENT specialist for ear problem or sinusitis . For now take proper rest and do not exert your body . Do not bend forward and take green tea thrice a day .
