ENT Specialist 's  Response
Dizziness/spinning sensation, ringing in ears and visualization of fluid in ears points to a diagnosis of otitis media with effusion. This usually develops following acute middle ear infection. The focus is usually nose.Such cases are treated by nasal drops (oxymetazoline 1%),steroid nasal spray. You might require a course of steroids depending of improvement. Please consult your ENT doctor for the same.
