Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Palpitations

Last night I thought I smelled something sweet. Then I got up to help my husband. I got very dizzy, clammy and thought I was going to pass out. My heart started racing. I sat down and drank water and tried to calm myself. The next day I still feel sick to my stomach and off balance. Last night when I tried to check my blood pressure in my left arm it would not register. It my right arm my pressure was fine.
