Hi There

After going through your query I understand your concern.

I would like to tell you that dizzi spell with change of posture are due orthostatic hypotension in which your blood pressure drops within 3 min of standing. Orthostatic Hypotension last for few min only but if long standing then can be due to serious problem. Balance disturbance can be because of the same or underlying neurological disorder.

Carvediolol and Nifedipine both increases anti-hypertensive channel blocking and can cause hypotension and dizziness. Kindly check with your treating Physician regarding this.

Hope to have been helpful.

Kind Regards
Dr. Navneet Bansal
