Woke up very dizzy and lightheaded . Could not get out of bed. My husband brought me some crackers and 1/2 of a protein vitamin bar. got slowly better and then i was nauseous. But now better.. Drank vitamin water also with electrolytes and it helped. Not sure what happened to me this am but can you add any insight into what might have happened?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to health care magic

You might have low blood pressure or dehydration that leads you for dizziness

Your blood pressure should be checked first for rule out hypotension

Check your random sugar level also for rule out hypoglycemia

Your ear problem and history regarding that should be elicited as it can lead dizziness

Vitamin deficiency and irregular diet sometime also can lead dizziness

According to cause further specific treatment can be given

If still dizziness continues than neurological examination needed

Take care
