I woke up out of a dead sleep very dizzy with the room spinning and feeling like I was going to faint so I rolled over onto my side and when I did that the dizziness got worse and then I proceeded to get nausous which led to me throwing up yellow foamy looking gunk along with the couple of sips of water I had drank my lower tummy also hurt but after I had a bowel movement the pain went away also I was very disoriented when I got up to go to the bathroom my blood pressure was elevated some and I have been having bad headaches for the last week is this something I have to be worried about I also had cold sweats when this was all happening this is the first time this has ever happen
