Hello,
Welcome to HCM,

As you are having mild fever, dizziness and vomiting tendency for past 3 days and your blood test (CBC) was normal suggest that you are having some viral infection.

Most of the viral infections are self limiting and it will subside by itself. As your blood reports are negative it confirms that you are not having any bacterial infection.

Your symptoms will subside in due course of time, I would suggest you to drink lot of fluids and eat food rich in protein to boost up your immunity.
Thank you.
