Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Blurred Vision

A friend of mine has been complaining about getting dizzy when he walks around and of blury vision. He does wear glasses and has for a few years now but he thought it might be from that! So he tried not wearing them for a few weeks. It didn t help. He tried drinking more water thinking it might help but nope.He has been to the doctors and had blood work done. They couldn t find anything! They tested his brain counldn t find anything! I assume they have tested his blood press while at the docs office, so if its not that then what could it be? If the EKG or the CT scans came back normal what could cause this?

Hello
It seems from the history that your friend is having dizziness and blurred vision.
Since all the investigations like blood pressure, ECG, CT scan are normal this indicates fainting as a probable cause for his symptoms.
The causes can be because of vadovagal syncope or vascular diseases affecting the carotids.
If the symptoms are recurrent he needs evaluation to rule out vascular diseases.

Thank you
