Suggest Treatment For Dizziness Along With Severe Pain In The Right Jaw

I have dizziness often, my vision has bouts of blurriness that only last a few seconds and seem to be related to head position? (During the blurriness, one pupil has dilated) my right ear gets severe pain randomly that lasts a few minutes and could be my right jaw joint. Tonight I used buzz clippers to cut a friends hair and afterwards, everything sounded robotic even my own breathing. This lasted for 5 minutes. This happens after every time I hold the buzz clippers! I have random spikes of pain in my extremities (feels like nerve shocks), and sometimes water dropping sensations on my skin that aren t there. Muscle twitches and tremors are common but only last a little while. I m 38 yr old female. I have a c5-c6 disc bulge but dr says it s not bad and shouldn t cause all these symptoms. No limit in motion and only mild occasional pain in neck muscles I feel weakness in left arm & both legs occasionally - like they are heavy Full panel bloodwork is normal Inflammation markers were normal 2 MRIs of brain were normal MRI of neck showed disc issue ENT testing all normal Ears clean with no issues Dentist scanned teeth and all normal, suggested T mj from jaw popping sounds Had nerve conduction test in arms - normal They can t find anything!? The pain in my ear is debilitating and the strange sound distirtuons scary and the arm weakness, eye blurriness. Something is going on they are not finding. Any suggestions where to go from here??

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

We have to rule out possible causes like TMJ dysfunction.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
General & Family Physician
