I have diverticulosis and dyspepsia. My last colonoscopy was over 8 years ago. I recently noticed some right side back pain, but only when I lay down to sleep, and which goes away after I slowly relax my back in bed. I am used to dealing with a dull ache in my stomach, but my additional fullness feeling in my upper chest and ringing in my ears/hearing my pulse concerns me. I just had a checkup in August and all of my vitals are good, plus the urinalysis I requested came back clean. I have had multiple BM s every day for many years due to my condition, ranging from firm and formed to loose. i feel tired.
