Suggest Treatment For Disturbed Sleep
I have taken Ambien many years (10mg) - however this dose is no longer effective. I have tried increasing my dose but eked out 3 hours on 3 tablets. I have tried all of the remedies (OTC & RX), I exercise, have a great career, and my physical exams and labs seem to come back normal. I have also tried 12.5mg CR to not much better avail. I stay with it because a few hours sleep is better than none. Melatonin, benadryl - very paradoxical to me. SSRI s, trazadone because some providers feel it s psych - cannot afford a sleep study - I have been told I don t snore.sleepless in Texas….any suggestions?
