this is ramesh from salem.i had suffering from thought issue.acutaly i cant spek lovedly my voice sometime is gone to female voice.some times voice also change i had speck but i cant speck normly dr i feel i had spend lot of energy to spech.i want to spek properly pls give me a solutiondr my age is 28

Are you a voice professional? like a teacher or a singer or a call centre employee?You need to be properly examined by a ent doctor.They will do a Endoscopy of the throat to see your voice box.They will see how both your vocal cords are working, or if theres any problem.Professional consultation is mandatory.
