Suggest Treatment For Discomfort After Sexual Intercourse

I've had sexual intercourse last night, and felt a huge discomfort in my vaginal area. My partner and I both dry humped for a bit and not soon after I stopped because I noticed how my clitoris swelled up. This never happened before when we dry humped and it confused me a bit, the following morning, we had sexual intercourse and by the late evening, when I finished taking my shower, I decided to inspect myself in the nether regions. There was an odd lump on the right side of my clitoris that appeared to be swollen, with some sort of red dot in the middle, and it frightened me. Any ideas what it might be?

HI.
The dry humping has its own problems.
It looks that you have developed a small hematoma due to rupture of a small vein in the subcutaneous plane.
You may not need any treatment as this is self-healing.
Avoid such practice or have a lubricant in use if you want to continue this type of pleasure.
