Your husband is having "Retarded or Absent Ejaculation". He is ejaculating well and able to reach orgasm while masturbation but not able to reach orgasm while coitus suggesting it's cause to be psychological one. Losing arousal during intercourse, disliking for partner, marital conflicts, over demanding partner, stressful lifestyle could be possible reasons. You must talk openly abut his liking and disliking during intercourse, what arose him most? etc will help you to know the ways that help to reach orgasm.
