Suggest Treatment For Direct Sunlight Allergy

I am allergic to direct sun light. My an a american black person of 68 years. I became allergic to direct sunlight after traveling to the Bahamas and the West Indies around 10 years ago. I have been being careful when I am in the sun. Had a reoccurrence last Summer in July on a trip to Washington DC zoo. Had another reaction when I took a child to Circus locally about 1 month ago. I is very warm now so I use an umbrella when going outside. I had this bright idea to day to buy No Ad Sport 50 sunscreen lotion today, applied it to arms and hands went out without an umbrella. Within one hour I adeveloped itching, then swelling of arms, face above eyebrows and tightness of all areas applied lotion to. I feel like a fresh sunburn has taken place. What should I do. I took 2 benadryl tablets 2 hours ago.
