General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello maam,
Whats your profession?
Are you in some teaching kind of job which demands a lot of voice use? Excessive use of voice or shouting may lead to polyp in your vocal cords which may cause difficulty in breathing, swallowing.
I think you should visit an ENT specialist for an endoscopy and proper check up.
Take care and do not worry.
