General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your diagnosed lung cancer 10% functioning heart and difficulty in passing urine I am suggesting that has developed a condition called benign prostate hyperplasia

In view of this please do the following test
Serum PSA
PROSTATE ultrasound

Meanwhile please see an urologist specialist with the results and for further clinical assessment as well as adequate drug prescription

I hope this helps Regards
