Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Urination And Passing Gas

i am taking a pill everyday for my prostrade problem, am also taking a pill for acid control in my stomach. My problem is every night when i go to the washroom for urination i feel the gas in my stomach and have to exert very much for its release, and then only i can urinate and pass gas. How can i eliminate this painful process.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have difficulty in urination it is due to benign prostate hyperplasia. You should go for ultrasound abdomen to check prostate size and serum PSA level. Drugs like prazocin and finasteride is helpful in benign prostatic hyperplasia. For gas you should take proton pump inhibitors like pantoprazole or rabeprazol. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
