Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Swallowing And Blood In Sputum

my name is olivia I have been having difficulties swallowing for three days now. also a presence of blood in my sputum. i had a TB test it was positive because i had a BCG vaccine when i was a baby. I did a chest x- ray the result came out normal. my mother ( a nurse in Africa) recommended me to take penicillin 500mg twice a day. I am still having pain swallowing (even my saliva) and now a fever is adding up. please i need help thanks
