Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Bowel Movement

Age : 41; Height: 5'3"; Weight: 60 kg I delivered a child 14 years ago and had a normal delivery, but unfortunately, the doctor who saw me during labor said I would not deliver until 8.30 p.m. and (un)fortunately I delivered at 2:10 p.m. The nurses were not around me, but one nurse who was attending to another delivery in the next bed screamed for help. the nurse ran and i could see her use a razor. After the baby was delivered, she took close to an hour to suture me with absolutely no anesthesia or any kind of pain killer. After that, I had several nurses come to me and ask me if i was able to pass urine and stool....and since I had not eaten much the next day I passed very little stools and on the third day morning I was discharged. I never knew what the matter was. I suffered severely with bleeding while passing stools and had difficulty passing stools. I lived with it as I went thru family problems, divorce, unemployment and just no one to help me with the child. of late when I went to a doctor, I was told that the episiotomy was the cause during which there has been a tear to the anus and that it has been sutured and the opening is so small hence I was having difficulty passing stools. she also told me I have developed piles. I have a feeling of fullness just a little above the opening, a feeling of incomplete emptying. Is there a way to correct the small opening to help me have easy BMs, what kind of surgery will I have to go thru if there is an internal problem? How many days of hospitalization and rest will I have to take? what blood test can I do to check if it is not cancer of any kind as the doctor told me even scoping was difficult due to the small opening?
Thanks in advance for your advice doctor.
