hi i have a realy itchy anus that is worse at night plus exthi i have a realy itchy anus that is worse at night plus extreamy bad wind that bloats my stomach and I have developed very loose motions. This has been going on for about 3 mths now and is getting worse. Please help. Thank you

Anus itchiness seems to be fissure issue most likely. Diarrhea and abdominal bloating are from intestine infection, must get treated with proton pump inhibitor, GI antibiotics, and other supportive care.
