Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea, Vomiting And Fever

i have had what seems to be the stomach flu for the last 4 days - lots of vomiting, a bit of diarrhea, fever, chills, etc - havent been able to sleep properly or keep much down - i used gravol suppositories to calm my stomach and taken pedialyte to prevent dehydration - i am feeling a little better now, but feel a bit dizzy and lightheaded, extremely fatigued and have incredibly low concentration - is this normal?

Hello, my name is Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi. I understand your concern.
Some advices that I can give to you are :
-For the first twenty-four hours or so of any illness that causes vomiting, keep your child off solid foods,
-give her to suck or drink small amounts of electrolyte solution clear fluids such as water, sugar water (1/2 teaspoon [2.5 ml] sugar in 4 ounces [120 ml] of water)
Hope my answer was helpful, if you have any other questions I'll be glad to help, thanks!
