Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea, Nausea And Gas

im 20 years old, during november i got sick with mono which i recovered from after a month. after that i got a 24 hour stomach virus that my whole family had and since than iv bin suffering from stomach problems i get really gassy and i go from having diarrhea to normal stool all the time, i also get nausea as well. its bin going on since the end of December and i tried staying away from milk products and eating things like potatoes and rice and bread but every time i think i m getting better it gets worse again. i don t know what i have or how to deal with it anymore please help?
