General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi

Thanks for your query.

Noted the history and understood the concerns. Since your baby is just 8 month old you should consult the Pediatrician for proper clinical evaluation, examination, investigations so that a proper diagnosis is made and additional or changed medications may help for the cure.
It is also possible that there is a recurrent intestinal infection by the water source or the food source. See for these and rectify.
Another possibility of development of intolerance to certain foods should also be born in mind.
Repeated stool tests help in this regards.

Take Care

Regards
Dr. T Chandrakant,
