HI Well come to HCM Thank for asking, I really appreciate your concern, I have gone through the history given here and I could say that passing of the stool three to four time in this age may be normal one, but it should not be water, diet also cause the diarrhea so try to change the diet too, some time antibiotic has to be given for few more days to eradicate the infection, moreover it could be antibiotic induce diarrhea, I would advise to finish the course of antibiotic and continue taking probiotic just be patience no need to worry it will come around soon hope this information helps.
