Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea, Diaper Rash And Runny Nose Of A 29 Month Baby

My 29 month old girl has had diarrhea.... Not very watery... Mostly pasty, light yellow, very smelly and frequent p plus a diaper rash since Sunday. She also has had a runny nose since the Thursday before the Sunday. I read about it and it could be viral infection.... Howell I know if it s bacterial and not viral? She is not dehydrated pe anything plus her appetite hasn t been that bad... She has been eating fine. Should I be worried about a bacterial infection since it s still continuing the same way even today or just be patient waiting for the virus to run its course?

Thanks for the query.
Yes it looks like viral infection.
It may take 5 to 7 days to go off completly.
For runny nose you can give syp. levocetrizine.
Diaper rash can be treated with zinc oxide containing cream.
As there is no fever and child's other activities are normal so it is less likely to be bacterial.
Hope i helped you.
