Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea Despite Taking Budesonide

I have diarrhea which is watery and when I have it I have it unexpectedly and it comes usually in balance of three or four times then subsides went to the doctor they put me on budesonide and I was told that it would get rid of the inflammation and I should not have the diarrhea. This is not true I still am having episodes not quite as often but still frequently Enough to cause me some stress. Any comments

- Add antibiotic as ciprofloxacin or metronidazole ; pro biotics with
