Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Severe Pain Due To Stomach Flu
Hello, I think I have the stomach flu. My stomach been hurting for 3 days straight. I do have diarrhea but I am not vomiting. I took some pepto to see if it will help, but on the 3rd day my stomach started hurting more and I started pooping black. Is that normal or is that ok? Should i see a doctor.

You are having hematemesis due to severe gastritis. Take ice cold milk and Omiprazol orally. Stop taking solid food till there is improvement. Consult a gastroenterologist for examination and advise on treatment.
