Hi. I am a 30 year old woman. On the overweight side and a smoker but also very active. For about the last year I have been experiencing a pain in my upper left abdomen, right below my left ribcage, the pain radiates to left side and back. Most of the time its a dull ache but can get sharp at times. I almost always feel nauseous, fatigued and just feel unwell all the time. For the last 6 months I ve noticed that it seems almost impossible to stay awake after I eat and very sluggish even if its a small meal. I always have diarrhea or loose stools which are bright yellow. The newest symptom which began about a month ago , in addition to the pain in my upper left stomach, is the sensation of being punched in the stomach followed by difficulty taking a deep breath. It almost feels at times like I m forgetting to breath. I had my gall bladder removed 11 years ago and a c section in that same year. 4 months ago I went in for endoscopy and was told I had gastritis but wasn t prescribed anything. I wasnt thrilled with the treatment I received. I am currently waiting for my appt with my new physician in March. I am worried that this may be something that shouldn t wait until March. Also I wanted a second opinion on what these symptoms sound like ?
