General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, thank you asking Healthcare Magic.
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. With this presentation, I think the problem is what we call malabsorption syndrome. It has many causes and some of them include obstruction of bile flow or absence of bile production and some other chronic diseases. If I were your treating doctor, I would ask for an abdominal scan (scan the liver, pancreas and biliary tree) and some laboratory tests like liver function test, bilirubin concentration in blood, HIV status) to role out common causes.

I hope that answers your query. If you have more questions or any follow up query do not hesitate to write to us.
I wish you well
