Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea Along With Gastritis

Hi, I am in my 20's and have been suffering from diarrhea since I was 14, I never know when I am going to need to go to the toilet-and I always need to rush. about a month ago I started taking Inolaxol-a swedish medication, I thought it was helping but I have noticed gas increasing frequency and my stomach is making noises. It is maybe more embarrassing than before. Right now I have been having gas all day...I don't know what to do. Right now I am worried there is more going on. Should I stop taking the Inolaxol, and try something else? if so then what?
I hate living like this. It is affecting my social life so much

Hello,

It may contain plant fiber which may useful in constipated patients with fissure or hemorrhoids. I don't know why your taking? Have you suffered from constipation? You may be developed allergy or irritation to plant fiber which may cause loose motion and pain abdomen.

Please stop above medicine, and start taking tablet pantoprazole before breakfast, tablet sporulac thrice a day for five days. Drink plenty of liquids. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
