Suggest Treatment For Diaper Rashes In An Infant

Hi doctor, my baby is one month old and she has got diaper rash. My doctor prescribed siloderm for 7 days. Is been 6 days I have used the prescribed cream. But is not reduced. Please suggest what can be done. She cries while passing urine coz of the rash. Thanks.

Hello,
For the diaper rush you shoud use dactarin and imacort cream, twice a day each, alternately. Before applying the cream you should wash thorouhly the bottox of your child and dry it well with a towel.
