Below are the information about the Patient : Name : Shalam. Hameeda Banu Sex : Female Age : 52 Weight : around 80 Kgs Suffering with Diabetes, High Blood pressure and Lower Discs Please suggest the required steps to be taken to solve the issue.

for diabetes and hypertension you need proper medication with your blood sugar levels of fasting and post parandial.hypertension also need the reading of your Blood pressure for choosing the medication. for both the condition you need to take continues medication.both condition cant be cured it can be well controlled.
for lower discs you need to go for an Investigation for you spine and assessment by an orthopedician for further management and treatment.depends on the condition physiotherapy will be advised.
