hello doc , my sgot,sgpt levels are fluctuating b/w 71-80 past 3 months. m non alcoholic, non smoker. hbsag,hep c tests are negative. usg shows mild fatty infilteration. my ana test wek positive . wat shud i do. m worried.

Your SGPT is high, reason for that could be fatty infiltration that is present in your USG report or autoimmune disease. Reduce weight if you are obese. Udiliv tablet can be prescribed for that. Avoid high saturated fatty foods. Fruits can be taken more. Drink more water. For positive ANA autoimmune disorder should be ruled out. Check lupus by anti ds DNA test
