Suggest Treatment For Delayed Periods, Watery Discharge And Lower Abdomen Cramps

Hello I am 6 days late with my periods I have tooked twice pregnancy test showing negative now i can see and feell i have watery discharge and white spotting on my underwear i have cramping at my lower belly ovaries place i dont know what this can cause i had recently uti urinary track infection

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the negative pregnancy test then it may not be conception but chances of false result is very likely so test can not rules out the conception, what ever the symptoms you have are not indicative of pregnancy but it could be due to changes in hormone level, here ultrasonography is advisable hope this information helps.
