Hello doctor I got married in September I got my periods delayed in Sep and in oct as well But I missed it this month Now I m suffering from severe stomach ache and vomitings I have tested it s not pregnancy I took medications of uti and acne M worried of not getting periods Could u pls suggest me something

consult gynecologist pregnancy test be done to exclude pregnancy.chances are there is pregnancy and it should be ruled out. it can be other reason so consult gastroentrologist for examination and advice on treatment.
