Suggest Treatment For Delayed Period With Negative HPT

I have a problem with my period. About two month my period has been stopped. After sexual course with my husband, i toke a pill named Emcon-1(Bangladeshi) to avoid the risk of pragnency and after one weak i had a period with short time for two days, but after the period i have no period for two months. i have tested myself with home pragnency test, the result is for not pragnent .now what i can i do for this problem and what does it mean being late my period? Pl help me

Hi,

After sexual intercourse you took Emcon 1 which is emergency contraceptive pill and you got periods after one week. This bleeding is withdrawal due to Emcon pill which contains high amount of hormone and causes irregular periods.
Your delayed periods mostly duo to pill.

You need not to worry since your home pregnancy test was negative.

I suggest you visit a gynecologist who gives you progesterone contains medication for 3-5 days. Once you stops the medication you will get withdrawal bleeding within 3-7 days.
