Hi
welcome to HealthCareMagic
I understand your concern , you need to consult child development centre of an institute for multi- speciality treatment of your child , he need physiotherapy , hearing and visual assessment , detailed examination to determine what best can be done for such child . Your doctor is right that child growth will be slow , so what is best possible for your child can be tried .
