Suggest Treatment For Delayed Ejaculation

Hello, I m a male and can t ejaculate when having sex. We want a family, and I heard that mastabation doesn t effect it. Since I was 16 I felt turned on wearing pantyhose during mastabation, which is a rough surface, but I reached climax all the time. How do I ejaculate in sex with my wife? Regarding your present problems, premature ejaculation is mainly due to psychological reasons. Performance anxiety is the base of these problems. You didnot mention your age. Masturbation has very little effect directly on sexual performance if your masturbation practise is medium. You may consult a sexologist for further counseling and advise.
