Suggest Treatment For Degenerative Disc Disease

I have been dealing with Degenerate Disk ( joint) Desease for years. I Have MIR 2014, redone this year. I have had three epiduralsl that help for 8- 12 months. Now my doctors have back in physical therapy, helpz PAIN for a few hours if I come home and freeze by lower back for has long has ice packs last. I love to be active ride bikes, garden and attending. COLLEGE classes. The guality of my life has be diminishing. It s so painful I am having a really hard time getting through the day. I TAKE IVY FEW TIMES AND DAY 600mg. Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you I came to know that you are suffering from chronic backache due to denerative disease of spine. Back exercises, Diacerine, glucosamine sulfate neurotropic such as methycobalamin and analgesics such as diclofenac slow release tablet can give relief. Serum vitamin D test is advised if it is low than vitamin D supplementation will be required. Avoid long continuous standing.
