Hello,

Our skin colour is genetically determined so it can not be changed. But if there are dark coloured patches, freckles, and spots on the skin then you can use Melalite forte( Hydroquinone) cream.

If you want pimple free skin you should eat less spicy food and drink plenty of water and it is advisable that you consult a dermatologist who will find the reasons for your pimples and will treat accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
