Suggest Treatment For Darkening Skin Despite Using Hydroquinone Tretinoin Mometasone Furoate Cream

i was using HYDROQUINONE+TRETINOIN+MOMETASONE FUROATE CREAM from 9 months. when i stop using that CREAM my skin is getting darker.please suggest a solution for me.should i need to continue that cream or to STOP it. and how can i remove my dark colour on my face

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you have been using Steroid based cream containing Mometasone Furoate and it is a limitation of steroid based creams that till the time they are being used they improve skin complexion which goes down once the use of creams is stopped..
As Steroid cream also have side effects like skin darkening, pimples, skin thinning, increased hair growth on face etc..
So I would not suggest you to continue using this cream..
You can rather use safer depigmentation creams containing Kojic Acid, Glycolic acid and arbutin..
You can also used Vitamin E gel..
Azelaic acid preparation is also helpful..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week..
Limit sun exposure and always apply sunscreen lotion when exposed to sun..
Drink plenty of water..
You can also go for treatment like Microdermabrasion and chemical peeling Photofacial etc..
