Hello I am a 40 year old woman that has noticed that lately I have very dark (almost black) stains on my underwear. I have never had this problem until recently and I have no other symptoms at all. I do take tylenol for pain and am on a diuretic for high blood pressure but this issue started before I was put on the medication for high blood pressure. My dr is booked until sept. Any thoughts would be appreciated ty

PS. every woman above forty should undergo papsmear.
