Suggest Treatment For Dark Facial Patches

hi doctor .. my name is namrata... age 30 yrs unmarried. my face n shoulders hav a dark patches.. .. on the face its near the lips chheks forehead.. n dark circles also... it makes my face look very ugly.. m suffering frm thyroid n polycycstic ovary.. n m low on fruits n dairy products since childhood.. please help...

Hi,

You said you have hypermelanosis in face and shoulders. There may be some cause. You suffer from thyroid dysfunction and PCOS. Both may be responsible. So, please have peoper treatment of both the condition. For hypermelanosis, I would like to suggest following line of treatment.....

- glutathion 100 mg containg tab once a day
- vitamin E 400 mg once a day
- vitamin C 500 thrice a day
- nicotinic acid tab 250 mg thrice a day
- apply kojic acid gel at night
- sunscreen gel day time
- cleansing the area with glycolic acid and kojic acid containing facewash
