Suggest Treatment For Dandruff And Dry Skin

my boyfriend has dandruff and severe dry skin. he does not take care of either and i recently returned home from a trip to my daughters and when i got in the bed i could see flakes all over it. i tried to brush it away but when i got in the bed i began to itch could his dandruff and dry skin be making me itch

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the dandruff then it can be best treated with "Povidone Iodine" shampoo it needs to be applied on scalp prior to bath and need to be left it there for 30 minute, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
